Utilization of coarser wool for quality carpet & felt

Engineering carpet yarns to enhancement of performance and functional properties of carpet from India wools . Development of felts for Agriculture and construction end use i.e soil and water conservation, thermal and sound barriers and industrial application. Trainings on value addition of native wool product development . to the farmers/ artisans for better realization of wool and profitability.

Development of knitting yarn & knitwears from native fine cross bred wools. Development of processing technique to spin Angora wool with suitable carrier fibre to produce 100% Angora fabric. Development of cold protective clothing systems for high altitudes.
