Backभेड़ों में मद-समकालन एवं कृत्रिम गर्भाधान पर प्रायोगिक प्रशिक्षण का आयोजन

 भाकृअनुप-केंद्रीय भेड़ और ऊन अनुसंधान संस्थान अविकानगर में आज केंद्रीय ऊन विकास बोर्ड, जोधपुर (कपड़ा मंत्रालय, नई दिल्ली) से प्रायोजित 09.11.2021 से 18.11. 2021 तक दस दिवसीय 'भेड़ों में मद-समकालन एवं कृत्रिम गर्भाधान पर प्रायोगिक प्रशिक्षण'' का उद्घाटन, प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के अध्यक्ष, डॉ.अरुण कुमार तोमर (निदेशक, केंद्रीय भेड़ और ऊन अनुसंधान संस्थान अविकानगर) द्वारा किया गया. पाठ्यक्रम निदेशक, डॉ. राघवेंद्र सिंह (विभागाध्यक्ष, पशु शरीर क्रिया एवं जीव रसायन विभाग), संस्थान के अन्य विभागों के प्रधान वैज्ञानिक, डॉ. अजय कुमार (प्रधान वैज्ञानिक एवं सीडब्ल्यूडीबी परियोजना के नोडल अधिकारी), प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के समन्वयक  डॉ विजय कुमार, डॉ. एस.एस.डांगी, डॉ. अजीत सिंह महला, एवं डॉ. एस.सी. शर्मा (प्रधान वैज्ञानिक एवं प्रभारी मानव संसाधन विकास) इस अवसर पर उपस्थित थे. कार्यक्रम मुख्य रूप से पशुधन सहायकों, पशुधन विकास अधिकारियों और पशु चिकित्सा अधिकारियों को मद-समकालन (इस्ट्रस सिंक्रोनाइज़ेशन) और भेड़ में कृत्रिम गर्भाधान पर विशिष्ट प्रायोगिक कौशल प्रदान करने के लिए आयोजित किया जा रहा है.  प्रशिक्षण में भेड़ प्रजनन में विभिन्न तकनीकी विकास और भेड़ की प्रजनन क्षमता में सुधार लाने में सहायक प्रजनन तकनीकों के बारे में विस्तार से बताया जाएगा। प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में भेड़ पालन के विभिन्न पहलुओं जैसे प्रजनन, पोषण और स्वास्थ्य को भी शामिल किया गया है. यह आशा की जाती है कि प्रशिक्षु इस प्रशिक्षण के दौरान न केवल सैद्धांतिक ज्ञान बल्कि प्रायोगिक ज्ञान भी सीख सकेंगे जो उन्हें अपने संबंधित राज्यों में भेड़ प्रबंधन और उत्पादन में सुधार करने में सहायक होंगे.

 

‘Hands-on Training on Estrus Synchronization and Artificial Insemination in Sheep’ for ten days duration under sponsorship from Central Wool Development Board, Jodhpur (Ministry of Textiles, New Delhi) from 09.11.2021 to 18.11.2021 at ICAR-Central Sheep and Wool Research Institute, Avikanagar was inaugurated under the Chairmanship of Dr. Arun Kumar Tomar, Director, ICAR-CSWRI, Course Director, Dr. Raghvendar Singh, Head, Animal Physiology and Biochemistry Division. Dr. Vijay Kumar. Senior Scientist, Dr. S.S. Dangi, Scientist and Dr. Ajit Singh Mahla, Scientist and Dr. S.C. Sharma Principal Scientist & In-Charge HRD are coordinating this training program. The program is primarily organized for imparting specific practical skill on estrus synchronization and artificial insemination in sheep to the Livestock assistants, livestock development officers and veterinary officers. Various scientific advancements in the sheep reproduction and assisted reproductive technologies involved in improving the fertility of sheep would be detailed in the training. Various aspects of sheep husbandry, such as breeding, nutrition and health would also be covered in the training program.  It is expected that the trainees would be able to learn not only the theoretical knowledge but also the practical knowledge during this training that would help them apply the same in sheep flocks in their respective states to improve their productivity.
